Job summary

Medtronic in Minnesota is seeking a Process Engineer II to support development of manufacturing processes and battery designs for New Product Development at the MECC for CRM. The role emphasizes process validation, equipment interface, and collaboration with Design, Operations, Quality and Reliability teams. Onsite work is required, with travel under 10%.

A Baccalaureate degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required, or a Master’s degree with minimal experience. U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes and battery designs for CRM products.
• Plan and execute process validation: OQ/PQ, TMVs, SPC, and process release activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, Quality and Reliability teams to ensure compliance.
• Drive transfer to manufacturing with objectives for safety, quality, yield, cycle time and OEE.
