Qualifications

• BS or MS in Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Ceramic Engineering.
• 2+ years experience in Manufacturing Environment.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills; proficient with Excel, Access and Minitab.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering-level production support to manufacturing operation.
• Solve process issues through data analysis, experimentation and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Provide engineering expertise for understanding manufacturing issues.
• Lead or support projects involving cost reduction, process optimization, and new products.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor and address material/equipment/process performance with trend analysis.
• Receive and integrate new technologies to improve process capability during transfer.
