Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be part of Panasonic’s Cell and Process Engineering team, supporting production improvements and issue resolution.
• Develop data-driven decision making and improve data analysis skills.
• Coordinate process and machine improvement activities with other engineering teams.
• Create standard work instructions, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist implementing and expanding countermeasures into production lines.
• Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure specifications are met.
