Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field related to manufacturing engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred for deeper specialization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt coursework or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
• Lead small projects or workstreams within manufacturing.
• Apply data-driven methods like time studies and process mapping.
