Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing fulfillment workflows across device fulfillment, value-added services, and reverse logistics, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-per-unit reduction.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, value stream mapping, and simulation-based capacity analysis to drive operational excellence and reduce costs.
• Conduct time-motion studies, workflow analysis, line balancing, productivity modeling, and process mapping to identify throughput constraints and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement SOPs and engineering standards to ensure consistent and efficient operations across the RAD network.
• Support the engineering execution of RAD expansion and new facility launches, including feasibility studies, labour and capacity models, workflow design, and ergonomic validation.
