Job summary

Amazon in RAD1 – Antioch, Tennessee is seeking a Process Assistant to drive daily operations for IT asset deployment within Janus departments. You will lead from the floor, coach associates, and ensure smooth inbound, prep, pick, pack, ship, and PIT workflows while maintaining safety and productivity.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, experience with SOPs and process improvements, and the ability to respond to operational needs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily department operations including labor allocation, shift planning, job assignments, and production goal attainment.
• Fully understand end-to-end workflow across Janus departments (Inbound, Prep, Pick, Pack, Ship, and PIT Operations) and daily production targets.
• Fill in with production duties as needed to maintain flow and meet shipping commitments.
• Track and report labor hours, UPH (units per hour), and associate performance metrics.
• Provide vacation and absence coverage for Area Managers, maintaining operational continuity.
