Job summary

Amazon.com LLC is seeking a Process Engineer based in the United States (Nashville, TN) to optimize fulfillment workflows and drive cost efficiencies across the RAD network. You will apply lean and Six Sigma methods to improve throughput, reduce waste, and support new facility launches with scalable layouts and validated material flows.

You will design and refine factory layouts, develop SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, reliable operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with layout design tools such as AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize fulfillment workflows across device fulfillment and reverse logistics.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce cost per unit and improve throughput.
• Conduct time-motion studies, line balancing, and productivity modeling.
• Develop SOPs and engineering standards for RAD network operations.
• Support site design, material flow strategy, and ergonomic validation.
• Assist ERP/WMS implementations and validate system interactions.
