Job summary

The French's Food Company, a subsidiary of McCormick & Company, Inc., seeks a Process Engineer II for its Springfield, MO plant. You will lead Loss Analysis, drive data reliability, and implement high-performance work systems to achieve business results.

You will partner with the Continuous Improvement team to build employee capability, enhance analytics, and guide data-driven decisions across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations.
• Strong background in TPM/Lean and change management.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and building robust statistical models.

Responsibilities

• Own Loss Analysis program to support OGSM targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with site leadership to prioritize loss reduction projects.
• Provide data analysis and justification for technology improvements and capital expenditures.
• Lead site Focused Improvement pillar.
• Maintain data integrity with training, health checks and change control.
• Publish monthly site scorecard and develop analytics strategy.
• Coach employees on data-driven decision making and problem solving.
