The role focuses on developing and maintaining operating documentation, standardizing processes, and guiding project engineering efforts across processing, packaging, and maintenance. Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or Food Science preferred.
• Minimum one year of relevant production/engineering experience.
• Knowledge of plant operations, packaging and processing equipment required.
• Experience developing and writing procedures with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of MPWS systems; coaching and mentoring skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation capturing best operating practices in the plant.
• Lead teams to standardize processes and procedures across departments.
• Provide process and project engineering guidance for filling, processing, and support functions.
• Support cost reduction programs, process improvements and capital projects.
• coach and develop technicians to improve team effectiveness and skills.
