• Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess risks.
• Knowledge of packaging and processing equipment.
• Willingness to relocate for future assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a functional area per McCormick High Performance System.
• Provide regular performance feedback and development plans for individuals.
• Remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Use performance tools to document improvements and recognition discussions.
• Apply problem solving to continually improve processes.
• Lead root cause analyses when needed.
• Document and improve procedures; work cross-functionally.
• Direct daily management to prioritized work.
• Ensure 100% compliance with processes.
• Communicate effectively up, down and across the organization.
• Share a vision aligned with Plant and Division.
• Link objectives to team work and scorecards.
• Coordinate with other areas to support plant objectives.
