Job summary

The French's Food Company, a subsidiary of McCormick & Company, Inc., seeks a full-time Manufacturing Technical Lead for its Springfield, MO plant. The role will manage the site Global Start up plan, analyze production processes, and implement new equipment and product upgrades to drive data-driven improvements.

You will coordinate planning with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Logistics and Product Development for new product initiatives, addressing staffing, equipment, and logistics for all

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering and 3+ years leading manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TPM practices.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with ability to coach teams and transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Start Up plan for the Springfield plant and coordinate start-up activities.
• Analyze production processes and implement equipment upgrades and product upgrades.
• Develop and update technical documentation, SOPs, and statistical batch analyses during verification.
• Ensure compliance with standards; manage spare parts, training, and transfer activities.
• Develop capacity glidepaths and coordinate with Procurement and Engineering to optimize value.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across functions.
