Job summary

AESC is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Smyrna, TN. This full-time, on-site position involves ensuring safe and efficient operation of plant equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include monitoring plant efficiencies, analyzing process data, and leading equipment modifications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Project-management experience introducing products to market.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant efficiencies and recommend adjustments to site management.
• Analyze process data to troubleshoot issues and maximize performance.
• Lead equipment acquisition or modifications for new model launches.
