Job summary

AESC US LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Murfreesboro, TN facility. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing lean methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality battery production.

You will work with production managers, engineers, and QA to drive continuous improvement, standardize planning tools, and support plant ramp-ups across the southeastern United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, BIM 360 and plant simulation software; Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Lean manufacturing expertise and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• KPI Management – Benchmarking and Continuous Improvement.
• Plant layout optimization and CAD file revisions.
• Material flow analysis from dock to process areas and Kanban sizing.
• Capacity planning with Supply Chain and labor budgeting.
• Maintain and update plant simulation models.
