The candidate will drive process performance and be a technical expert for manufacturing processes. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
Experience supporting electrode manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated experience leading process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations of complex process and quality issues.
Analyze manufacturing data and process performance metrics.
Design and lead Design of Experiments (DOE) activities.
Own and improve key manufacturing performance indicators.
Lead qualification activities for new materials and technologies.
