Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
• Experience supporting electrode manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of complex process and quality issues.
• Analyze manufacturing data and process performance metrics.
• Design and lead Design of Experiments (DOE) activities.
• Own and improve key manufacturing performance indicators.
• Lead qualification activities for new materials and technologies.
