Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer I to ensure Process Engineering Standards across development, documentation, and production of all products. You will understand circuit assembly and design variables affecting quality and report to the Process Engineering Manager.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 0-2 years of experience, proficiency with Minitab, SPC, Lean, TOC or Cell Manufacturing, and strong MS Office.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experienced with Minitab.
• Experience with SPC, Lean Manufacturing implementation, Theory of Constraints or Cell Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Own and back-up a limited number of processes.
• Support Operations with process, equipment, instruction, material, and part number challenges.
• Own daily root cause analysis on failures, and corrective and preventative actions.
• Fully document Standard Operating Procedures, Control Plans, Risk Mitigations, Environmental Health & Safety Requirements.
• Write assembly instructions for part numbers as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional improvements.
• Own small projects.
• Support audits and customer visits.
