Quality Tech Services, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the production area, optimize processes, and help meet manufacturing goals. The ideal candidate will develop and improve procedures, maintain equipment, and work closely with Quality to integrate new products and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, CAD familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or other Engineering Science.
• Basic understanding of 3D CAD software (e.g., ProE, Unigraphics, Solidworks).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• High energy, personal accountability and integrity.
• Detail oriented; keeps accurate records and organizes information.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve procedures, documentation, tools, fixtures, and programs on existing products.
• Monitor equipment performance and correct problems affecting yields or quality.
• Interface with Quality to integrate new products or processes into production.
• Identify root causes of nonconformities and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead technical activities for new or improved products and processes.
