The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to develop and standardize best practices that reduce waste and improve throughput. A key outcome of this role is to drive continuous improvement initiatives that support cost reduction and elevate overall process reliability. Ultimately, the Assembly Process Engineer ensures that assembly lines operate at peak performance while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience with advanced data analytics software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
