Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Process Engineer for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in Noblesville, Indiana. This hands-on role supports automated equipment and processes in a fast-paced cGMP sterile environment, owning troubleshooting, reliability, and process-improvement initiatives.

You will lead root-cause investigations, develop engineering protocols, and collaborate with Quality, Validation, Maintenance, and R&D to implement compliant changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related technical degree.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant engineering experience with manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biopharma/medical devices) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support for automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot recurring equipment failures and implement corrective engineering solutions.
• Lead equipment-reliability and process-improvement initiatives to improve uptime and KPIs.
• Establish and trend performance metrics for process and equipment.
• Support installation, commissioning, startup, qualification, and handoff of new or modified equipment.
