Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science Engineering, or Bioproducts Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Food and Beverage; dairy experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge in Process Design.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exceptional people skills with ability to communicate and present effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from conceptual development through implementation to start of commercial operation.
• Work in a multi-project environment and adapt to each project's needs.
• Ensure technical solutions and quality align with customer needs and project approvals.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues in an international environment.
• Support quotation development with pre-project manager and account managers.
• Estimate equipment costs and source equipment/services with the pre-project manager.
• Develop understanding of regulatory requirements for dairy processing facilities (USDA, 3A, PMO).
• Gain familiarity with automation control applications and start-up/commissioning of systems.
• Develop problem-solving and soft skills.
• Collect data for performance testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory compliance in the dairy industry.
