Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to design and build food and beverage processing facilities. You will contribute across controls, packaging, mechanical, electrical, and building systems from concept through construction, providing expertise in P&IDs, flow diagrams, layouts, and startup support.

The role requires strong communication, client interaction, and travel up to 50% to project sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or process engineering.
• 8+ years of experience developing process designs for food and beverage facilities.
• Experience preparing process flow diagrams and P&IDs.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Strong client interaction and ability to travel 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering tasks from design through construction with minimal supervision.
• Develop process design basis and select unit operations.
• Prepare process flow diagrams and P&IDs.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and architects.
• Provide onsite startup support and commissioning.
• Lead process engineering on projects and serve as client contact.
