Job summary

Complete Filtration Resources, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to lead process design and project execution. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and involves collaboration with engineering and sales teams to deliver high-quality filtration solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting mass balances, developing designs, supporting startup activities, and traveling to customer sites. Candidates should possess strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. A focus on R&D and continuous improvement is also emphasized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required.
  • Experience in food and dairy processing preferred.
  • Strong analytical and process design capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and sales.

Overview

The Process Engineer supports the Technical Team by leading process design, system sizing, and project execution activities. This role partners closely with engineering, project management, and sales teams to deliver high-quality filtration solutions from concept through startup and customer handoff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mass balance calculations and develop process designs
  • Size filtration systems and generate system design data
  • Develop functional descriptions and PIN charts for equipment
  • Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and system startup activities
  • Lead operator training and support project handoff to customers
  • Conduct technical service work and system audits
  • Coordinate and execute R&D and pilot trials
  • Generate technical data for system design, utilities, and sizing
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical leadership, and Sales teams
  • Travel to customer sites for installation oversight, troubleshooting, and training
  • Support pilot testing efforts, including protocol development and reporting
  • Contribute to development of technical tools for sizing, pricing, and proposals
  • Participate in continuous improvement and development of new filtration process
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required
  • Experience in food and dairy processing preferred
  • Strong analytical and process design capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and evaluate alternative solutions

Travel
  • Domestic and international travel required (up to 50%)
