Allura USA Roaring River, NC is seeking a Process Engineer to advance cost-effective fiber cement siding production through process development and implementation. You will maintain plant processes and equipment while coordinating improvements with Engineering, Manufacturing and QA teams.

Qualifications include a BS in engineering, 5–10 years in paint manufacturing or OEM environments, and strong skills in lean, SPC, and data-driven problem solving. Travel ~5% and safety compliance are expected.

Qualificações

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5–10 years experience in paint or OEM settings that use paint in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to apply lean manufacturing, SPC and optimization techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly computer literate.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in process performance reviews and address quality issues with materials, equipment and procedures.
• Identify and solve production problems; implement changes to manufacturing processes.
• Monitor processes and communicate parameter anomalies; perform minor repairs on control equipment.
• Design and coordinate new equipment procurement and installation as needed.
• Lead training on new process controls and procedures; maintain MMI and PLC backups.
• Participate in plant safety audits and environmental programs; observe all SOPs.
