Job summary

Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed in Mississippi seeks a Process Engineer to improve throughput and quality on the Siding production floor, partnering with Manufacturing, QA, and other functions.

You will lead root cause investigations, implement CAPEX projects, and drive OEE improvements while supporting safety and training across the site.

Qualifications include a BS in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, 3–5 years in related fields, and Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering; extrusion experience required.
• 1 year of Six Sigma project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on process improvement support on the Siding production floor.
• Develop and document operating procedures.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis investigations for Quality and Yield issues.
• Submit and manage capital projects.
• Advance safety initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
