Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Division Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across nine insulation facilities and 26 production lines. You will optimize fiberization processes, monitor KPIs, and drive CAPEX and productivity initiatives.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements (2 days remote) with travel to plants as needed. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing experience are required, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing process experience in complex systems.
• Experience with multi-physics systems and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across nine facilities and 26 production lines.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support CAPEX projects.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to optimize fiberization processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and train engineers and operators.
