Job summary

Danone North America, Mt. Crawford plant, is seeking a Process Engineer to lead equipment improvement, standardization, training, and problem solving to reduce losses and drive standards across operations.

In this role you will spend 60-80% on the plant floor, use reliability tools, manage change processes, and collaborate with line leaders and frontline teams to deploy new procedures and best practices for safe, efficient, and compliant production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4-year engineering degree preferred.
• Or 3–5 years manufacturing experience with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Back up Line Leader and lead Daily Direction Setting when Line Leader is unavailable.
• Identify and eliminate process losses and lead monthly plan discussions.
• Define equipment standards and drive change-management and validation.
• Own and deploy CM, DAS, and data collection for critical parameters.
• Spend 60-80% on the plant floor to enable rapid improvements.
