Responsibilities

• Back up Line Leader and lead Daily Direction Setting when Line Leader is unavailable.
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses.
• Provide feedback to design and lead standardization deployment.
• Define equipment standards and update operating procedures.
• Own Change Management system for designated processes.
• Spend 60-80% of time on the floor and develop technical expertise.
