Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field required).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and analyzing process losses and inefficiencies on production lines.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and help track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with line leaders and frontline teams to maintain and improve operating standards.
• Help collect, analyze, and interpret process and equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis for process failures.
• Assist in maintaining documentation such as SOPs and process control strategies.
• Participate in change management and validation activities for process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist in training materials preparation and knowledge sharing activities.
• Support planned stops, changeovers, and CIP optimization activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies while on the production floor.
