Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree preferred or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) process when Line Leader is unavailable.
• Identify and eliminate process losses on the assigned line.
• Provide feedback to design and lead standardization efforts.
• Collaborate with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities.

Skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

Education

4-year engineering degree
