Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; engineering background preferred.
4-year engineering degree preferred; 3–5 years manufacturing experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Back up Line Leader and lead daily direction setting (DDS) when needed.
Identify and eliminate process losses; lead monthly priority plans.
Define equipment standards and drive change management and validation.
Lead and coach process troubleshooting and benchmarking efforts.
Collaborate with line teams to develop new standards and data analyses.
Spend significant time on the plant floor implementing improvements.
