Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
• Proven experience in process design, optimization, and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production processes to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Produce and maintain production documentation for new and revised processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement quality control measures and conduct audits to maintain standards.
