Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Green Belt certification required or to be gained within 2 years of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes for cost, yield, and throughput.
• Evaluate and propose new equipment, procedures, and automation to scale-up processes.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance, quality, and product management to implement improvements.
• Provide input to TS&I and product teams on process development and variability reduction.
