Job summary

Littelfuse, a Chicago-based industrial technology leader, is seeking a Process Engineer for on-site work in the Lipa EBU. You will monitor line lead times, drive process and equipment improvements, and ensure procedural compliance across manufacturing operations.

Candidates should hold an engineering degree, have 3+ years in process engineering, be fluent with SPC, FMEA, DOE, and Minitab, possess project management skills, and hold Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Engineering Course.
• 3+ years of working experience in Process Engineering in manufacturing company.
• Well-versed in statistical tools such as SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE, and software like Minitab.
• With project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, updates, and controls lead time performance of the line.
• Performs studies for process or equipment improvements and feasibility.
• Reviews and analyzes machine parameters versus control chart data and initiates actions for out-of-control and trend characteristics.
• Other duties that may arise in the course of employment as designated by the supervisor or manager
• Generates and revises procedural documents and work instructions.
• Performs root cause and failure analysis and schedules action plans relevant to designed corrective and/or preventive measures.
• Performs qualification and set-up relevant to new projects and corresponding materials, equipment, or methods.
• Performs evaluations on new methodologies, materials, or equipment.
• Ensures compliance of all concerned employees pertaining to the documented operating procedures.
• Supports and participates in quality-related activities, issues, and actions creation and implementation
