Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing data and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Support production by troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity projects.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
