The role entails working with operations, maintenance, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot processes, implement improvements, and support new manufacturing technologies while promoting safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams for troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement process controls to improve reliability, quality, and performance.
• Maintain product standards and drive yield and efficiency improvements.
• Investigate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
• Manage and support capital projects related to manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other process documentation.
• Create and maintain operator training materials and support training activities.
• Serve as a technical process resource for customers and suppliers.
• Participate in plant Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
