Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Commitment to engineering, operations, R&D or commercial functions.
• Travel to workshops up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements and upgrades.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Communicate with employees and manage related projects.
• Prepare equipment lists and cost analyses.
• Recommend methods for improving resource utilization.
• Work with vendors on specifications and project status.
• Apply statistical methods for production standards.
• Draft layouts for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate quality control objectives.
• Plan operations to fabricate and assemble products.
