You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operators, identify safety concerns, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in training operators on new processes and standards to sustain reliable production.

Qualifications

• BS in relevant engineering field required.
• Demonstrated skills and abilities in all responsibilities required of junior process engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements.
• Use data to prioritize issues, implement solutions, and maintain process control.
• Identify, document, and resolve safety concerns.
• Support projects and continuous improvement activities that reduce waste and improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assist in the development, improvement, and standardization of production processes.
• Assist in the qualification of new processes and equipment.
• Lead small to mid-scale yield, equipment, and qualification projects.
