Job summary

You will collaborate with operators, maintenance, and managers, lead maintenance planning, safety and WCM activities, and train staff on new techniques. This role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 1–3 years of engineering experience, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support cold process operations on two lines to boost efficiency.
• Monitor quality, analyze time/material losses, and develop action plans.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendors, and supplier relations.
• Design and develop new process systems and coordinate project implementations.
• Lead safety and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance for preventative and reactive work.
• Identify root causes using statistical tools and implement corrective actions.
