Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment. You will work on automation projects, process control, and World Class Manufacturing initiatives to meet quality and cost targets.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, throughput optimization, and collaborative problem solving across departments. The ideal candidate has a chemical engineering background with several years in manufacturing, strong data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in project management and project engineering fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Implement automation and World Class Manufacturing projects.
• Analyze data and report to management to guide decisions.
• Reduce process variation and improve capability and control.
• Plan factory layouts and equipment placement for efficiency.
• Lead trials and evaluate equipment and raw materials opportunities.
