Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple U.S. locations.

You will optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, increase throughput, and support capital equipment projects while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering, with strong analytical and project management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related)
• 5+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills
• Experience within metals manufacturing, stamping, fabrication, processing, or industrial production environments
• Lean Manufacturing experience required; Six Sigma experience is a plus
• Experience supporting equipment installations, process improvements, and capital projects

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety
• Lead scrap reduction, yield improvement, and productivity initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify process improvements
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
• Support equipment installations, capital projects, and operational upgrades
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve plant performance
• Facilitate root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and process optimization efforts
• Travel up to 20% to support projects at other facilities
