Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering or related field and 1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent academics (GPA ≥ 3.0).
• Demonstrates proficiency with engineering tools and Lean techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-to-sub projects and model complex tools using CAD software.
• Develop complex process instructions for manufacturing.
• Attend continuous improvement meetings and Kaizen teams.
• Analyze data to identify quality trends and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers.
