Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of process engineering or manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience performing engineering functions in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to train manufacturing operators on new or revised process instructions/tools
• Strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects focused on defect rate improvement and model/material introduction
• Develop and implement process strategies and optimize current processes
• Mentor team members and share key skills
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance and quality teams on improvements
• Develop standard work instructions and troubleshooting guides
• Support manufacturing automation and countermeasure implementation
