Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing Operations team at one of three locations: Lewiston, ID; Pullman, WA; or West Lafayette, IN. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, boosting efficiency, quality, and safety while collaborating with production and other teams.

You will apply data analysis and continuous improvement methods, justify equipment and process changes, and support day-to-day

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Engineering or equivalent required.
  • Two years of process development experience in world-class manufacturing.
  • Strong writing, documentation and speaking skills.
