Jobot is seeking a dynamic Mechanical Process Engineer to join a global manufacturing team in the United States. You will lead capital project planning, develop estimates and technical justifications, and implement plans for capital investments.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, applying AutoCAD, and enhancing process control and equipment reliability to sustain operational excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the engineering department, responsible for capital project planning, AutoCAD, preparing project estimates, technical justifications, and implementation plans for capital investments. This role requires a proactive self-starter with a strong technical background, capable of leading cross-functional problem-solving teams and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with capital project planning, AutoCAD, and project estimation.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and support cross-functional teams.
5. Strong knowledge of process control, equipment reliability, and operational excellence initiatives.
6. Experience managing and coordinating external vendors.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
11. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
