Qualifications

• Experience in process discovery, process development, business process analysis, or operational process documentation.
• Strong Word skills for creating detailed Methods & Procedures, work instructions, or similar documentation.
• Ability to interview technical SMEs and convert tribal knowledge into clear, repeatable procedures.
• Experience developing process flows, workflows, and swimlane documentation.
• Experience with technical, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or similar operational teams.
• Ability to organize and drive work in ambiguous environments with limited existing documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering & Construction SMEs to define, document current and future state operational processes.
• Facilitate SME interviews to capture tribal knowledge, requirements, dependencies, and variations.
• Develop and maintain Methods & Procedures, process documentation, work instructions, and materials.
• Create process maps, workflows, and swimlane diagrams showing roles and handoffs.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, structured documentation for users.
