Job summary

Dynamic Specialty Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business teams and technology resources by analyzing workflows and documenting processes. You will translate operational needs into clear requirements and create SOPs and process guides for cross‑department alignment.

You will meet with department leaders, map current-state processes, and develop a centralized knowledge base to maintain consistency and operational efficiency across the organization. Fully on-site in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business/Info Systems/Operations or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst, operations analyst, or process documentation role.
• Experience documenting workflows and creating SOPs.
• Strong writing, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet with department leaders to understand workflows, procedures, and practices.
• Analyze and document business processes, identifying inputs, outputs, dependencies, and handoffs.
• Translate informal or undocumented processes into clear, structured documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and reference materials.
• Create and maintain a centralized process encyclopedia for internal use.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies and document findings.
• Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to validate documented processes.
• Ensure documentation reflects actual practices and aligns with company standards.
• Support technology initiatives by providing clear business requirements and process context.
• Assist with documenting system workflows, user interactions, and data touchpoints as needed.
• Maintain version control and update documentation as processes evolve.
• Support change initiatives by updating SOPs and communicating changes clearly.
• Act as a resource for teams seeking clarity on procedures or workflows.
