Job summary

CS Power Systems Inc. is seeking a 6-month contract Documentation Specialist – Manufacturing & Sales Operations to document and standardize manufacturing and sales processes across our global operations.

You will create SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and training materials, interview SMEs, and translate complex workflows into clear, scalable documentation to support quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years of technical writing and process documentation experience.
• Experience documenting manufacturing processes, SOPs, work instructions, and process flows.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and document organization skills.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and visual documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, document control systems, and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document existing processes and develop standardized SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Interview SMEs and observe operations to capture workflows and requirements.
• Translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation and visuals.
• Develop process flow diagrams, workflow charts, and training materials to aid knowledge transfer.
• Support ISO, quality systems, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Establish document control standards and governance for global teams.
