Curia in Hopkinton, MA seeks a Research Scientist II in Process Development Science to execute analytical methods on proteins, DNA, and RNA, generating high-quality data to advance development programs.

You will perform ELISA, cIEF, CE-SDS, HPLC/UPLC, qPCR, PA800 and cell-based assays, interpret results, and prepare summaries and reports. Opportunity to support RNA development and maintain data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical method execution for biological molecules.
• Ability to generate accurate analytical data to support development programs.
• Proficiency with reported techniques (ELISA, HPLC/UPLC, qPCR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Execute analytical methods for proteins, DNA, and RNA.
• Perform ELISA, cIEF, CE-SDS, HPLC/UPLC, qPCR, PA800 and cell-based assays.
• Generate high-quality data and support process development milestones.
• Interpret results and communicate findings to teams.
• Maintain data integrity and lab records per procedures.
• Prepare data summaries, reports, and presentations.
