Job summary

Rentschler Biopharma, Inc. in Milford, MA is seeking an Associate Scientist I, Process Development, Analytics to join a fast-paced CDMO. You will perform routine testing of in-process samples and support analytical method development within a collaborative team dedicated to bioprocess development of proteins.

You will work with SEC, RP-HPLC, CIEX, HIC, icIEF, CE-SDS, Titer assays, use LIMS, and prepare data packages and client slides. A Bachelor’s in STEM and 1+ year’s experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated, accountable, inquisitive, with strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Routine testing of in-process samples for protein analytics (SEC, RP-HPLC, CIEX, HIC, icIEF, CE-SDS, Titer).
• Optimize and troubleshoot analytical assays and improve turnaround times.
• Interpret data and relate results to manufacturing steps.
• Prepare data packages and client presentation slides.
• Provide technical support to QC and entry/review LIMS results.
• Author technical reports, SOPs and protocols.
