Rentschler Biopharma, Inc. in Milford, MA is seeking a proactive Associate Scientist I, Process Development: Analytics. This hands-on role supports routine testing of in-process samples and method development in a fast-paced CDMO environment.

You will work with SEC, RP-HPLC, CIEX, HIC and icIEF, develop high-throughput approaches, maintain LIMS data, and prepare technical reports and client-ready slides. A Bachelor's in STEM with 1+ year experience is required; strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated, accountable, inquisitive with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Routine testing of in-process samples for protein process development with focus on separation-based assays.
• Reduce routine in-process assay turnaround times by increasing lab efficiencies and high-throughput methodologies.
• Interpret analytical data and relate it to manufacturing process steps.
• Provide complete data packages for review and compile slides for client presentations.
• Be proficient in LIMS and enter/review all LIMS results prior to release.
• Author high-quality documents, including technical reports, SOPs and experimental protocols as needed.
• Provide technical support (method and instrument troubleshooting) to QC group.
