Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with typically 5 years of experience, or Master’s degree with typically two years of experience.
• Strong expertise in laboratory experiments and data analysis.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet timelines.
• Experience with CMC strategies and scale-up processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and interpret critical experiments to advance pharmaceutical development.
• Meet experimental and project timelines in line with CMC strategy.
• Collaborate with analytical chemists, process chemists, and manufacturing personnel.
• Support technical transfer and scale-up of knowledge to manufacturing sites.
• Maintain organized electronic lab notebooks and prepare reports.
